Usage Guideline

  1. No double booking – You can’t book if the time overlaps with another booking on the same date.
  2. Fill all details – Date, time, purpose, destination, requestor & approver are required. Selecting a date from the calendar will automatically pre-fill the booking dates.
  3. Preview details - You can click or hover your mouse over the booked dates in the calendar to view the details.
  4. Time must be valid – Start time must be earlier than end time.
  5. Odometer rule – After booking, fill Start KM when taking the car and End KM when returning.
  6. Balance Odometer – The system calculates the balance odometer based on the most recent trip with a valid End KM.
  7. Service & sticker – Admin representative should update next service KM when needed (JPG/PNG ≤ 5MB).
  8. Delete rule – You are granted one (2) day of grace period to edit or delete the booking after the last booking date. Contact IT Support Chat via WhatsApp if you want to delete.
